Austin American Statesman review of El Greco Greek Restaurant

A Classic Taste of the Mediterranean

Jake Konstantinidis, a Texas Culinary Academy graduate, has teamed up with his mother and his aunt to open El Greco, a Greek restaurant at Guadalupe and 31st streets. His mother, Athina Konstantinidis, and his aunt, Kiki Vasiliadou, had an abundance of experience with old family recipes, which form the backbone of the fare. Plus, Vasiliadou was a chef in Europe for 30 years.
